Who Can Ride?
Our service is available to Bella Vista residents who are no longer able to drive due to age, disability, or other circumstances. There is no charge for our services, and donations are welcome.
- Must be a Bella Vista resident
- No longer able to drive safely
- Rides scheduled in advance
- Must be ambulatory if not in a wheelchair
Service Area
The Courtesy Van travels as far North as the Jane Walmart, as far South as I-49 exit 81, Pleasant Grove. As far East as Dixieland Road and as far West as Centerton's Main Street.
We have TWO EXCLUSION ZONES that we DO NOT service: Pinnacle Hills Mall and Village On The Creeks (retail).
Ride Scheduling Guidelines
Please review these guidelines before requesting a ride. All rides are subject to confirmation, and riders should expect a call the afternoon before or the morning of their ride.
- Medical appointments take priority — non-medical destinations may be asked to reschedule
- Riders must be ambulatory or have their own assistance unless using a wheelchair
- Requests must be made at least one business day in advance, up to two months ahead
- Riders may schedule up to 3 trips per week (hair care restricted to Bella Vista only)
- Two daily rides must be back-to-back, with no home trips in between
- Destinations must be within our service area — call to verify
- Bella Vista appointments: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with return no later than 4:30 PM
- Bentonville & Rogers appointments: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with return no later than 4:00 PM

How to Request a Ride
Call us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your ride. Our volunteer schedulers will confirm your pickup time and destination.
